Tannis & Associates International is led by and was founded by internationally recognized consult and analyst Winston George Tannis. Since opening in 1990 as a communications house in Toronto, Canada, we have treated every client with the upmost care and diligence, and within their budgets. Other

Dr Winston George Tannis LLD, went to Law School on Scholarship at Queen's University in Canada, after winning the Gold Medal in Political Science and Philosophy at the University of Western Ontario, and while studying General Management at the world famous Ivey School of Business. En route to his Call to the International, Common Law and Canadian Bar, he worked with the leading partners at Davies, Ward - a leading global M&A, Tax and Real Estate law firm, and for Chief Justice Barry L. Strayer, a world renown jurist and architect of Canada's Charter of Rights, and at the Federal Court of Appeal, Court Martial Appeal Court of Canada, and at the Federal Court of Canada (Trial Division), and as situated at the Supreme Court of Canada ... where he addressed complicated tax law, immigration law, IP law, labour law, administrative law, criminal law, and trade law matters. While working on Bay Street, Toronto, Canada - Canada's leading financial and corporate law center, Dr Tannis worked on many files and transactions involving multi million and billiion dollar M&A transactions, environmental files, real estate transactions involving divestitures and acquisitions, leasing and licensing issues, partnership and shareholder agreements, corporate and real estate searches and investigations, cutting edge real estate financing including towards creating Canada's first official and US styled REIT financing vehicle, while informing major multi nationals in banking, finance, and retail, on matters of secured financings and market entry, and after working with the leading Toronto based Securities Group of the Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation (a top 10 global financial institution).
